Effective September 1, 2017, our office staff will no longer be processing water bill payments by phone.
Customer options for water bill payments:
Credit/Debit card via our website www.manvillewsc.org
or via our IVR (512) 856-9006 (Spanish is available)
Both options offer convenience with no fees.
Other payment options include:
Checks/money orders/cash (mailed or walk-in)
Electronic I-Checks (bill pay through bank)
In person at Citizens National Bank
Drop Box available 24/7 at our office
