Update: Boil water notice lifted in areas of Pflugerville
The boil water notice has also been lifted in Lakeside MUD No. 3 (Commons at Rowe Lane area) and Lakeside Water Control and Improvement Districts (WCID) No 1 (shown on the Pflugerville interactive map here).
The following areas remain under a boil water notice:
- Lakeside Water Control and Improvement Districts (WCID) 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and 3 (Blackhawk & Reserve at Westcreek areas)
- Kelly Lane WCID 1 and 2 (Avalon area)
The city anticipates these remaining test results will be available tomorrow. Updates will continue to be posted on the city website.

Attention all Manville customers. This is a reminder that the boil water notice is still in effect pending test results from the lab of samples taken today 2/22/21.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.

Manville is asking that all customers please conserve water.
Manville crews are flushing water lines through-out the system today to improve water quality and alleviate discolored water.
Water quality testing will begin on Monday. A boil water notice will remain in effect until testing can be completed and safe water quality results are received from the lab. Due to the overwhelming amount of testing being conducted at labs, results could take several days to receive.

The repairs to the Manor booster plant are complete though many customers in Manor are still without water service. Our crews are in the Manor area looking for main line leak(s) that could be causing service issues in this area.

Service has been restored through-out the Manville system however most customers will experience low pressure while the system is recovering from the outages. Please conserve and make sure to boil your water.
Manor Area service repairs
The Manville staff is conducting service repairs at the Manor area booster plant to provide additional flows to the Manor area. Some customers in the Manor area are still not receiving water due to pump issue though water service has been restored. Once the repair is completed those customers should start to receive water as the system pressure increases.

Manville customers are currently experiencing intermittent service due to overnight freezing temperatures and additional electric failures. Our crews continue to address the failures as they occur in hopes of stablizing the system.

Repairs have been completed and all customers in the Manville service area should have water service restored however you will experience low pressure. Keep in mind as the temperatures are still below freezing many private line/meters could be frozen and you must wait for them to defrost.
Reminder - a boil water notice is still in effect.

Due to the freezing weather and the strain on the system equipment, mechanical failures are continually occurring through-out the system causing interruptions in restored service.
Customers in the Pflugerville, Hutto & Round Rock areas are experiencing very low water pressure or no service due to these failures. Manville crews are working, as the weather allows, to address all system issues as quickly as possible.
Please note our crews are aware of all outages and low pressure issues through-out the entire system and are doing all they can to restore service to customers.

Manville WSC is experiencing system wide electrical & communication failures due to the severe weather conditions causing pressure issues and extensive water outages.
Manville has issued a boil water notice for all customers until further notice due to a decrease in water pressure system wide. Customers that are without service will need to boil water once service is restored. Water outages will be for an extended period of time due to the major electrical outages through-out the area.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to consumption. The water should be brought to a vigorous boil and then boiled for two minutes. When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, Manville Water Supply Corporation officials will notify you.

Manville WSC has implemented Stage II Mandatory Water Restriciton. Manville customers must follow the 2 day a week watering schedule.
All Manville customers that reside within the city limits of Pflugerville must comply with the City of Pflugerville water restriction ordinance.

Manville WSC will be replacing all water meters in the Fairways of Blackhawk subdivision through-out the next couple of months. Customers should only be without water service for 10-15 minutes, while the old meter is replaced.
Due to Covid 19 our employees are working in split shifts 7 days a week, so it is possible meters will be replaced on the weekend.

Manville WSC is monitoring the spread of the coronavirus with updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as state and local health officials.
With the disaster declaration by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Manville is asking all members & customers to limit walk-in business effective Monday, March 16, 2020.
Manville's staff will be available by phone during business hours to assist any needs you might have. Our payment drop box is available 24/7 (outside the front of the building) as well as online and IVR payment system.
